This topology is filled with so many Nexus. Booting them will only cause high CPU,Memory utilization.
May I know the real intention/tasks behind this lab?
It would be good if we could use IOL/IOSv2/IOSL3 with 2 Nexus or 4 Nexus nodes for testing VPC, Keepalives, and other lab purpose.

Depends on the tasks that is behind this topology. Can you share please.

I'm still doing the Flood and Learn VXLAN labs and it doesn't work when using Nexus9000v. I've spent the whole day following INE videos and then referring to Cisco documents. There are a ton of "this is not possible" points for nexus 9K when it comes to VXLAN. May be I should give up and move to BGP EVPN.
What kind of issues are you facing on the VXLAN?. The VTEPs should come up without any issues. I had few bumps on the road while trying to do head end replication with the n9kv, otherwise the VTEPs came up once the IGP was converged.
