signed certificate vmanage issue

signed certificate vmanage issue

hi,

when i use vmanage 18.4.1 versoin on eve-ng and i am able to install certificate for vmanage without any issue. but when i use vmanage version 19.1.0 or 19.2.0. i get attached error. i followed same steps which i followed when i used version 18.4.1 and tried multiple times on version 19.1.0 without success. i want to use version 19.1.0, so i can use csr as well.

You check if NTP is properly configured !!!
