Failed to export config

Hello,
I'm facing a "XR1: Failed to export config (16)." error when I try to export IOS-XR config.
IOS-XR version is 6.1.3 and it has about 286 lines of config.
EVE-NG is running baremetal on ubuntu 16.04

doesnt matter where you run this image..
Export works
but before you must do commit

Hello Uldis,
Sorry for not being clear in my first post.
The export doesn't work in only one topology, that is why I suspect its a misbehavior but I cant figure out why.
I use the same XR version in my topologies.

it can be issue if in config persis line
no logging console
script cannot read cfg and therefore cannot export..
sometomes trick is doing if https is enabled in cfg
Such I observed in CSR..
in XR sorry but didnt test so much
