cisco ACS demo EVAL licence

Before posting something, READ the changelog, WATCH the videos, howto and provide following:
Your install is: Bare metal, ESXi, what CPU model, RAM, HD, what EVE version you have, output of the uname -a and any other info that might help us faster.

cisco ACS demo EVAL licence

Hello all,
can someone assist me how to achieve an ACS demo EVAL 90 day license?
All installation complete, but service is restricted due to license not installed,
even GUI is not available until license is installed.
