Windows Server 2016 wont load

Before posting something, READ the changelog, WATCH the videos, howto and provide following:
Your install is: Bare metal, ESXi, what CPU model, RAM, HD, what EVE version you have, output of the uname -a and any other info that might help us faster.

Windows Server 2016 wont load

I am new to eve, but have followed all the instructions I can find. I have eve ng pro loaded into Google Cloud using nested Ubuntu. When I try and start the Windows 2016 or 2012 they fail. The VNC immediately fails and the WinServer shutsdown. Can Anyone give me any advice to resolve so I can setup the server?
