"add a network" not working with my eve-ng pro

"add a network" not working with my eve-ng pro

Hello guys,
I am having a problem when using eve-ng pro. For some reason, “add a network” function does not work with my eve-ng pro. When I add a node ->add a network, nothing shows up. Could you tell me how to recover this function?

Its faulty installed eve, need fix it
