Eve-ng for CCIE R&S hardware help

Post by clarkgarg85 » Sat Jan 02, 2021 1:38 pm

I am looking to build a at homelab for my CCIE R&S using Eve-ng. Hardware wise, what would you suggest for me to purchase to build my lab? I'm not trying to do nothing too crazy, I just want to build my lab for the CCIE lab.

I am considering purchasing the following listed below. Do you think it's too much or not enough?

XPS Tower 8930 desktop with below configuration:
8th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-8700 6-Core Processor (12MB Cache, up to 4.6 GHz)
NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1060 6GB GDDR5
8GB DDR4 at" &nbsp2400MHz
1TB 7200RPM 3.5" SATA HDD.

Don't want to look rude or something but why do you want to build R&S lab? I mean CCIE Enterprise is the current version so don't you think you need to look into it?
