Unable to ping or even access my VM

Unable to ping or even access my VM

My machine that is running VMWorkstation and ultimatly the Eve VM is on the same network as my host. My host is 10.10.10.22 EVE is 10.10.10.49 Default gateways for both are 10.10.10.1. My host can ping 10.10.10.1 without issue. My VM can ping 10.10.10.1 without issue. My VM can even resolve and ping www.google.com but it can't ping my host and my host can't ping the VM. My host is a brand new windows build I created this morning. I loaded eve and was able to access the GUI no problem. Since then I ran a few windows updates and i'm now current and on 20H2. Thats when My issue started. Does any have any idea?

if anyone is curious. I was able to fix it with the help of live chat. I sent the interface from bridged to NAT in VMWorkstation
