Time within Eve-ng seems always off

My windows servers which are within EVE-NG will maintain time if they are on and running. Same goes for Cisco IOL switches. If I shutdown everything within the lab to work on another lab, or just shut an item down to change a network connection, when I power the systems back on the times get all messed up. Like if it were a real life machine, I'd change out the CMOS battery. Not really a huge deal, but is there some way to fix it?

ntp servers need to be setup correctly, why not use just one NTP server node something like linux and have the rest of those nodes talk to it ?
