Template does not exists or is not available (60031).

Before posting something, READ the changelog, WATCH the videos, howto and provide following:
Your install is: Bare metal, ESXi, what CPU model, RAM, HD, what EVE version you have, output of the uname -a and any other info that might help us faster.

Hi, Support.

Can anyone please help me diagnose and resolve the above error when trying to add a node?

The template definitely exists so not sure why I'm seeing this issue?

Please let me know what information you need to help diagnose this.

I'm relatively new to eve-ng so please forgive my lack of knowledge on this.
