HIGH Memory

I am running EVE-NG on ESXi 6.5 OVA and noticed at first bootup that it has low memory utilization without running and labs. However, as time goes by I noticed that when idle the memory utilization goes high even when I am not running any labs. Is there a setting I am missing or is this a bug?

With time, memory is user for buffer cache
It is normal
