Ostinato port group issues- cannot connect

Your install is: Bare metal, ESXi, what CPU model, RAM, HD, what EVE version you have, output of the uname -a and any other info that might help us faster.

Ostinato port group issues- cannot connect

Hi,
I have window application version 8 and qcow file also version 8. I followed the tutorial but cannot connect to port group. Shared below are the screen shots.
