I have created a lab in eve-ng and when i power on all the devices then some of them power on and few prompts me with this error "failed to start node (12)".
Can someone help me out to rectify this issue.

As shown in FAQ I added the IOU/IOL to respective folder and generated the iourc.txt file. And also run the permissions commands. Still I am getting "failed to start node (12)" error.
I restarted vm and create new lab still i am getting same error message.
I tried to build topology with 2 routers only but no luck.
I tried more than 5 iou images which are worked on another eve-ng vm.
As show in FAQ i tried to run iou/iol from command line in inside eve-ng. I got below output.
root@eve-ng:/opt/unetlab/addons/iol/bin# touch NETMAP
root@eve-ng:/opt/unetlab/addons/iol/bin# LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/unetlab/addons/iol/lib /opt/unetlab/addons/iol/bin/i86bi_linux_l2-adventerprisek9-ms.nov3_2015_high_iron.bin
