After an upgrade to EVE my IOL devices are not starting, they look they are, then then power off seconds after. How do you fix this?

They are running different versions of IOL, IOL images are stored on VM.

And i did this:

chmod 777 /tmp
chmod g+t /tmp

it is IOL lic file issue
