ostinato 0.7.1 within eve,missing login information!How to configure the ip address!

Ostinato 0.8 can be accessed by eve/eve.But i don`t know how to configure the eth0 ip address....
what`s the default username and password of ostinato 0.7?
All username and password have been tested ,none is right.
Somebody knows that?
