best is to setup ssh and ssh to the node
But for that, i need my node to be running, that's the problem as i see it starting for a sec but then it's shut down again.
Something is wrong as i cannot get it up and running.

How can i troubleshoot this further?
I was working with UD yesterday and I managed to find the issue. for some reason (which UD explained why) the "Virtualize Intel VT -x/EPT or AMD-V/RVI" under vmware processor was unchecked. checked it and loaded the VM, works like a charm now. give it a try
I'm still out of luck, stays the same for me, turns blue for a sec or 2 and then grey again ....

@devs: you guys must know how to troubleshoot this right? Please give me a hand

I tried the media-vsrx-vmdisk-17.3R1.10 but seems to be too heavy even running it on a 48G RAM. wasnt able to run more than 3-4 at a time. I also have junos-vsrx-12.1X47-D15.4-domestic-disk1 which is MUCH faster and works great for me. but again, its older and end of Life

Even tried with media-vsrx-vmdisk-15.1X49-D120.3.qcow2 and this gives me the same result.
I do have Intel VT-X enabled on my Eve VM, double checked.
Is there some debug log i can look at to see what's going wrong or what comes up to your mind which next step i can take to tshoot?

JUNIPERS are super heavy mate, and need good CPUs. x4 SRX will need min 8 virtual CPU cores assigned for your EVE. but if more all these cores summarizing...
So lab of 10 SRX will need 18-20 vCPU !!!

Iam using vSRX NG with 2x CPU and 4069M RAM.
versions tested and works 15, 16, 17.3 latest.
Qemu version 2.4.0 YOU MUST not change on template, it is set by default, working and all ok.

if you have i5 CPU then forget run vSRX-NG.
Min is i7 CPU for normal running.
I have Dual CPU server X5680 with 96G RAM.
EVE VM has x20 VCPU and 80Gb RAM...

AND PLEASE avoid use covert from VMDK, Juniper has ready to go image qcow2 now for vSRX !!!

I'm already downloading qcow2 messages, no hassle with the converting for me.

I have a i7-6700K running with 16GB RAM.
My goals was to get at least 2x vSRX running together with 2-4 routers and a few switches max.

I have no idea what's going wrong, ssh client screen says black without output.
Only got the Cisco IOU routers/switches to work for now.

you are asking incredible things....
all these images if prepared right are working

BBTW be sure if your antivurus is not ON to check virtualization, it can be big issue to run any qemu node, SRX or NXOS.
Virtualization check on antivirus MUST turned pff
