Hi!
I'm using bare metal installation of EVE-NG. I want to backup all my images, labs, settings, etc.. Is it enough to backup "/opt/unetlab" folder?
For example, I have a lab with vMX-based network and all vMX'es are configured and have different files in their storage. Will such backup also save all those configs and files?
Can I copy the folder to another machine and run the lab without total reconfiguration (if the machine has the same hardware and software installed)?
I want to create an archive with minimal possible size and copy it to my cloud storage. Then, in case my EVE-NG HDD will die, I want to be able to reinstall EVE on another drive and then copy all my labs back without the need to reinstall all my images and, the most important, without reconfiguration of all my devices.
So, which folders contain critical lab-related data and which can be safely excluded?
Thanks.
