No setup script when ssh in as root

I'm attempting a bare metal install.
I do see some non-critical error when doing the eve-ng install regarding guacamole but everything else looks clean.

When I get to the step of logging in as root and being pushed to the initial setup , I only get a prompt instead.

Is this an indirect indication something failed during install? Can i invoke the last step of the setup manually?
