Hi Team,
I am running vMX 14.1R1.10 ( It's not VCP/VFP) and it works fine.
When I upgrade from 14.1 to 17.4, the interfaces "ge-x/x/y" disappeared and vtnet0, vtnet1.., appeared newly after the upgrade.
I tried connecting vtnet0 but it is not working.. Is there any mapping between ge-x/y/z to vtnet0 interfaces ?
Does eve-ng supports 17.4 vMX version ?
Is there any workaround to use the vtnet0 interfaces
VCP/VFP eats too much memory and simulating multiple routers is little difficult . So if EVE-NG support 17.4 vMx only version, that would very much useful for large scale testing and POC.
Thank you in advance.

Re: vMX 14.1 to vMx17.4 ( Not VCP/VFP)
virtual machines are not upgradeable in version if it is not stated in vendor site.
platforms of v14 vs 15 are totally different .. v14 has single node, but starting from 15 and up has 2 nodes
vMX 14 must as 14 and 15 or 17 as 15 or 17 as set of 2 nodes VCP VFP..
thats it
