Server Rent vendor

Has anyone rented an online server ?
I think is a very good idea instead of buying a strong server with 128gig of ram, are there any vendors that rent ready-to-use servers with windows+esxi, so we are ready to connect via rdc and do the rest?

AWS offer Elastic, so you can easily increase resources dynamically when and then required on demand basis.

With AWS they offer VPC(not cisco vPC). for tunneling, so you can tunnel to them and as of it will be sitting in your network.
