Hi
I have eve-ng installed on a linux server. I also installed windows integration package on my Win7 PC, but when I open telnet/ssh session to a vXR virtual router VM through WebGUI, the puddy session timed out. I am wondering how to access to the different virtual nodes in a eve-ng lag? by telnet to the server IP with a different TCP port? how do I find the TCP ports for each VM launched in the test lab?
Thanks

Two ways of install supported:
1.Bare
2.VM
Trying to install eve on a custom linux machine is not supported at all

Re: telnet management VM on eve-ng server
I installed EVE-NG as a VM under Linux KVM, I also installed vXR image on the eve-NG and I can launch or stop the vXR virtual router instances in a lab. I am using my PC (running windows) as client to access the virtual routers launched on the server side. somehow I can not telnet/ssh to the virtual router nodes. I used Dynamips and VIRL before, I use my PC to a telnet to a TCP port for each virtual router node to access it, is it the same way for EVE-NG to access virtual routers in a lab? how to find out the TCP port for each node in a lab?
Thanks

Re: telnet management VM on eve-ng server
one more question, there is a network firewall in the middle between my PC and the EVE-NG server, there was a port range open as previous VIRL simulator use tcp port range 17000-18000. is there a way to move EVE-NG telnet port range from 32768-xxxxx to 17000-18000? is there some configuration file I can modify for this?
Thanks
