Mapping ZeroTier network to EVE Network

Support for allowing the ZeroTier service (https://zerotier.com/) to be mapped to a network device within our topology. This seemingly easy addition will allow us to bridge together multiple instances of EVE on separate hosts, leveraging the ZeroTier VPN service to bridge the devices together.
