Interface Vlans on L2IOU

Post by stevenjwilliams83 » Tue Jun 06, 2017 9:38 pm

Is there anyway to get SVIs in an UP/UP status on the L2 IOU image? I have SVIs I need to redistribute into EIGRP and cant get them up/up so therefore will not redistribute due to that. I have about 35 SVIs so attaching a node to an interface isnt really feasible.

Just tried it here, you need to assign the SVI's vlan to a physical interface and do a no shut on the SVI.
SVI starting condition is "admin down"
SVI in "no shut", but no physical interface, condition is "down/down"
SVI in "no shut", with a physical interface, condition is "up/up" (assign an access vlan to the physical interface, or turn it into a trunk for your 35 SVI's)

ok so assigning one interface as a trunk will work? I prefer not have 35 interfaces on my image and assign a vlan to each
