Re: CCIE Security v5 Technology LAB
What configuration do you recommend?
I want to run the lab as close to the real exam as possible, with the exact amount of each device.
I was thinking of test a amd threadripper because they support a greater amount of ram at a better cost and I believe that multiprocessor it is interesting for a EVE environment like that right?
$ 500 for threadripper 1950 vs $ 900 core i9 9820 (I believe it is the cheapest intel that supports 128mb of ram)

Re: CCIE Security v5 Technology LAB
Such lab require mn 24 cores mate.
So any of your CPU will not be able to run it..
You need server with dual CPU E5-26XX (32 virt cores and 80G ram as min)
Priority to run such lab is:
1. CPU cores as more as better
2. Fast HDD, like SSD or SHDD
3. and only then is RAM

Will you hit the port limitation if running this lab using the community version? Do you need to be running the EVE Pro version if you want to fully use this lab?
