CTS command on Cisco switch

Post by Uzair » Fri Sep 14, 2018 4:12 pm

Hello - I am new to this community and would like to seek your support.

I am using Eve for preparing CCIE-security. I am using a L2 switch but it seems there's no support for CTS commands. Do you know which switch I would need to add to have this feature available? I looked up cisco.com and noticed this command was introduced on 6500 series switch.

Any advice is highly appreciated.

Thank you.

One more question.

Does Eve support ASA-X? It seem only ASA-X supports clustering with port-channels correct?

I was looking into your topology you posted for CCIE security v5. You are using ASA-X. I have the .bin file for ASA-X which I copied in /opt/unetlab/addons/iol/bin folder. When I boot up the ASA, it turns up but then shuts down. L2 and L3 .bin files successfully boots up but others like ASA (asa971-smp-k8.bin and asa944-2-smp-k8.bin) and switch iOS like c6848x-ipservicesk9-mz.SPA.155-1.SY1.bin and nexus .bin files boots but then shutdown right after booting up.

Please help.

Thank you.

Alright. But why does the devices boot then shutdown when I copy .bin images under /opt/...../iol/bin folder?

Thanks,

Supported bin images are mentioned here.
Any other binaries will not work
