Epyc processors and compatibility

Post by Magaudio » Wed May 19, 2021 1:11 am

Hi all,
I am looking at the feasibility of using epyc 2nd or 3rd gen processors for a multi-user "learning center edition" lab at my organization. Per the requirements page:

"EVE-NG can still work without Intel VT processors and can run installed within other hypervisors also But:
64 bits (x86_64) appliances won’t work.
"

So, just wanted to check.....AMD-V/amd processors will not allow 64bit appliances?

If so, is there planned compatibility in the pipe for amd-v to work with 64bit appliances?

Thank you so much for your time! :D

Hello,
just want to ensure....all of the latest EPYC are fully supported and can run same stuff like Intel does? Even when I use dual AMD mobo?
Thanks....
