Not that i know of, EVE-NG recommends Intel CPU for best usage.

If you have that CPU, please try and let us know your findings so we can recommend other users.

Some reports success on Bare metal using very latest AMD CPUs. But we don't ( EVE-NG ) support it as many vendors require Intel CPU....

So using such CPU is at your own risk.....

Using Ryzen 7 1700, 64GB memory. First I could not install eve from iso but ova was ok, and apt updating was successed. I also expanded the disk 'cause 30GB (ova default) seemed to be insufficent. Cisco N7k, N9k and other R&S devices are working well by now.
But when restoring from a snapshot, there always were some virtual devices stucking.

Using windows 10, vmware player, 12vCPU and 32GB RAM allocated for the eve VM. EVE version is: 2.0.3-83.

I read before that rzyen likes linux kernel 4.12, but not the previous versions. Is it possible for the EVE-NG team to upgrade the kernel for eve-ng to 4.12 in the near future? Or if we upgrade the kernel manually, will eve-ng work after that?
thanks,
BR

AMD Ryzen CPU

As I thought, They dont support this cpu. I should sell them and buy another brand. Or use AMD Overdrive to OC my cpu.

thanks for your help.
