Challenge Settinhg up Cisco SDWAN Controllers

Hello Team
Im running a Lab simulation via Cloud my Lab & attempting to setup Cisco Sdwan controllers
Kindly assist with detailed guide to implement this step in the process, im stuch there

Deployment of Cisco Viptela vBond 18.4.4 image
Step 2. Upload the downloaded viptela-edge-18.4.4-genericx86-64.qcow2 image to the /opt/unetlab/addons/qemu/vtbond-18.4.4 using FileZilla or WinSCP[/i].

I already picked the instruction from the link you sent me on your site, but not clear on how to perform the upload
Kindly assist with documentation to guide me, if your team have any, im new to eve platform
