vbond, vsmart can not set initial password

Post by buratino01 » Wed Oct 13, 2021 2:25 am

Hi expert guys

I just install EVE-COMM-VM-112 on VMware Esxi 6.5.0. All done and I tried setup lab with viptela OS v 19.2.4 and 20.3.4.
vedge & vmanage are working well, but for vbond and vsmart I can not set initial password:

After it show: "You must set an initial admin password.
Password:" I enter the new password then it doesn't allow me to enter "Re-enter password".
It show "Passwords did not match.
Try again..."

Can someone help me fix this issues

I found how to fix it:

Use putty instead of the default eve-ng console
