Access to the Eve Web GUI management Page

Hello,
I am just starting on eve-ng and am encountering a few problems.
One of them is that, after creating a few labs, whenever I log in to the web GUI, I am immediately forwarded to the lab design page.
I would like to access the EVE Management page as described in section 6 of the Community Cookbook.
I must be missing something obvious, but - how do I get to the management page?

first clear browser's cache and cookies. if the issue still exist come to our chat https://webchat.eve-ng.net and give me anydesk.

I tried another browser with the same result. I reinstalled the system and created another testlab.
If I now close the lab, I get returned to the management screen.
