Installation on Esxi 8.0U3e is not working

Installation goes through Phase1 and then on Phase 2 after Ubuntu install, it gives and error message, as shown below:

The error is error: bad shim signature
error: you need to load the kernal first

I am using Dell Power Edge R640 Server

Please if anyone had this issue or anyone can help really appreciate it.
