EVE is installed, no way to add Nodes

Before posting something, READ the changelog, WATCH the videos, howto and provide following:
Your install is: Bare metal, ESXi, what CPU model, RAM, HD, what EVE version you have, output of the uname -a and any other info that might help us faster.

EVE is installed, no way to add Nodes

I am new here so please be patient.

I have VMware® Workstation 16 Pro and installed 6.2.0-4-Community installed and I thought it setup correctly.

But, I have no way of adding a Node in the web interface? See attached images. What am I doing wrong?

Had to add Lab, then add Node. I got it.
