Putty Fatal Error

I was wondering if someone can help in identifying why this keeps happening. I was using Chrome, decided to try Edge, but still getting error. It was working at one time. I can start up the device for example a switch, but when I try open get the error message.

Did you install our windows client pack ? Also Firefox is the recommended browser.

I downloaded the file and used Firefox as recommended. I was still getting the error message. After talking to my network coworker, he wishes to look into this a little more. So, for now I'm using HTML5 to run Putty and work on my simulations. I appreciate the feedback. Once I get another update, I will post again.
