Error starting ostinato server

Before posting something, READ the changelog, WATCH the videos, howto and provide following:
Your install is: Bare metal, ESXi, what CPU model, RAM, HD, what EVE version you have, output of the uname -a and any other info that might help us faster.

hi , thanks for all

i using ostinato in eve project and windows application .... but when run ostinato on windows , dispay
(Error starting ostinato server : The bound address is already in use )

check if the service already running, suggest to rebooted windows and test it.
