Hello,

I'm able to add pictures to topologies, but for some reason I'm not able to add a particular jpeg to a topology. Eve shows error 2003 and after I close the lab and try to re open it, the web browser goes between the login page and back to File manager page. Attached is a screenshot of the error. I'm running VMware workstation 12 and on Eve 77. Let me know if you need more info.

what's the filename of the picture file ?

I've tried 3 different file names:

ASA context diagram
TST
20170912-142310

All have the same result

What's the size of the picture ?

20003 error = Cannot load lab, invalid XML document (20003).

It means that integrate pic into lab file fails.

The size is 9,045 KBs

Reduce size please !!!

Reducing the file size to 5MBs did it. Thanks for the responses!
