Cant start Nexus 9K

Hi Guys
I am having issues running a 9K image.
I'm using
nxosv-final.7.0.3.I5.2.qcow2 - 8GB of RAM and 2 CPU.
VMware player
I get it starting for a few seconds and the icon going grey again.
