CSR1000V issue of saving configurations

My EVE setup doesn't have problems with other devices except for CSRs. Sometimes I randomly lose saved configurations in the device after a reboot. When I try to export the configurations it comes back and tells me it failed to export with error code (16). Is there anyone having the same issue?

increase config timeout value
