License Host Error

Hello, I just finished installation & licensing process for eve pro. Install is bare metal with ubuntu. My online state is still showing invalid and getting License Host Error.
Verified on GUI that license is correct. Tried reboot, no luck. Internet connectivity is via proxy and the cookbook advises that offline EVE Pro license is supported for Bare EVE install, which is what I have.

I see from post 2 years ago Uldis advised:

3. update your proxy settings:
Use vi or nano, where IP is your proxy IP, port as well must be ours.
WARNING: syntax is very important in this file.

cat /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/00proxy

Acquire::http::Proxy "http://10.10.10.10:80/";
Acquire::https::Proxy "http://10.10.10.10:80/";
Acquire::ftp::Proxy "http://10.10.10.10:80/";

Am I understanding correctly that I need to enter my proxy IP address but the eve-ng port?

load it in your eve root
and install
dpkg -i eve-ng-pro_2.0.5-22_amd64.deb

Now make sure your proxy settings are correct:

IP below must be yours and port is yours as well !!!

cat /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/00proxy

Acquire::http::Proxy "http://10.10.10.10:80/";
Acquire::https::Proxy "http://10.10.10.10:80/";
Acquire::ftp::Proxy "http://10.10.10.10:80/";

In this deb v22 we did some proxy fix..
But as Well new EVE release is coming soon and proxy fix will be in it.
