no management button

Hi,
I am new user of EVE-NG, I have installed the community version but i don't have the "management button" to create a new lab for instance. How to fix it?

sorry, i have read it without success, please could you tell me in which chapter/page we can enable management button, file manager?
I have only the left vertical menu.

if you see side bar menu, then there is close lab.
Stop all nodes close lab, and you will be directed to main EVE GI page, where you can create labs etc...
