unable to console to vpcs

Hi,
New to Eve-NG.
I've set this up in Azure & I can get into the GUI.
I can start the VPCs, but unable to connect to it via putty or securecrt - states connection timed out.
Seem to fallen at the first hurdle.
Any help would be appreciated.

Azure is not supported for EVE !
