I have problem in Windows Server 2012/2016 in EVE-NG when create New-teaming with lacp.
I get this information: SwitchIndependent is the only teaming mode value supported in a virtual machine.

How to resolved this problem?

Try change for Winserver qemu options line to:

-machine type=pc,accel=kvm -cpu host,+fsgsbase -vga std -usbdevice tablet -boot order=dc -drive file=/opt/qemu/share/qemu/virtio-win-drivers.img,index=1,if=floppy,readonly
