segmentation fault

Hi guys,
Could you please point me what was the reason of an error?
I made changes in my windows server and I have been trying to 'commit image' to save them, and got 'segmentation fault' error:
root@eve-ng:/opt/unetlab/tmp/1/92e62b2b-7ef2-4696-91ca-ab5d0d41c31a/1# /opt/qemu/bin/qemu-img commit virtioa.qcow2
Segmentation fault
I have tried once again and:
root@eve-ng:/opt/unetlab/tmp/1/92e62b2b-7ef2-4696-91ca-ab5d0d41c31a/1# /opt/qemu/bin/qemu-img commit virtioa.qcow2
Co-routine re-entered recursively
Aborted
