When using the HTML console and 2 monitors, I don´t seem to be able to move the pop-windows of the devices within EVE out of EVE´s monitor/screen. Is this a limitation of the system, or is there a workaround for this situation?

I guess I answered you in chat. You can drag out html console screen out from eve lab main page, and then move to another screen
