EVE Pro coobook section 15
Make sure your cluster members are talking to each other, UDP is allowed...
Actually please read chapter 15 in cookbook
As well your eve version must be 4.0.1-8

thank you for the reply
all those are done servers can talk to each other (master can successfully ssh to sat unit) no FW in between
the cookbook does not explain possible ssh key issue when adding a member to the cluster. I was hoping someone has come across a simple issue.

1. remove satellite from master
upgrade your master to vers 4.0.1-8
Make sure you did reboot EVE and cleared browser cache and cookes
2. reset IP on the satellite member, this will reset ssh key on it as well
Section rejoin sateelite section in cookbook 15.7.3
If still not ok find me in EVE Live chat
