Before posting something, READ the changelog, WATCH the videos, howto and provide following:
Your install is: Bare metal, ESXi, what CPU model, RAM, HD, what EVE version you have, output of the uname -a and any other info that might help us faster.

Where all the labs are being stored?
how can I get the database of eve?

yes, all the labs are present in /opt/unetlab/labs/ but how eve is loading it into the web console along with the connections between the nodes because the connections data is not present in the raw files and even there no such API call to collect the connection data.
