Changing telnet client to MobaXTerm?

Hello,

After a long search on the internet I still haven't figured it out so it's time to ask for help.

I installed the clientpack and used the SecureCRT Reg file and it worked. However I don't really like SecureCRT and want to switch to MobaXTerm.

I'm using Firefox and changed the default telnet association to the MobaXTerm.exe in FF settings. When I click a router or switch it opens up MobaXTerm but I won't start a new session. I think it needs to be launched with extra parameters or something. Is there anyone who is succesfully using MobaXTerm with Eve-NG who can give me some help how to fix this problem?

Tks,

I spent some time this morning trying to get a tabbed putty working. Windows 10 makes it a PIA... had trouble with several different applications but came down to windows not recognizing any of them to be able to assign it as default program for telnet.

I was able to get superputty to work and its got a nice lean GUI. First installed the windows package to my PC. Then configuring Superputty to use my normal C:\Program Files\Putty\putty.exe and moved it into the Eve-ng folder. Delete the original putty.exe inside eve-ng folder and rename superputty to putty.exe.

additional superputty settings ->

options -> gui -> tab text -> dynamic
options -> advanced -> only allow single instance of superputty to run

working good so far.
