every times I try to start a capture with Wireshark, the software shows the error message: "End of file on pipe magic during open."

in the windows terminal there is another error message:

how can I solve this issue in order to use Wireshark with EVE without any kind of issues?

First time use Putty and SSH to your EVE IP, Save YES cache key when Putty ask.
Then try Wireshark
