I've only been able to get a working install of Server 2012 once, then during some updates it froze and the vhd appeared to lose its reference and I had to delete the whole thing and start over. Ever since then, every time I try to reinstall I get a driver irql_not_less_or_equal after the setup goes through OOBE. I've deleted all tmp files, re-uploaded the ISO, regenerated the qcow2 virtual disk, tried in a new lab, rebooted eve etc .

winserver 2012 install and update works just fine..
if you will post again you thread with useless lunks added, I will simply ban you...
