Unable to boot from ISO burned to USB

Hi all
As per subject, I'm trying to do a fresh bare metal install of Eve-NG but whatever I burn the ISO to USB with results in a non bootable USB.
I've tried Balena and unetbootin.
Sorry, this is probably a daft question, but anyone any ideas why I can't get this to work?
