Community Edition Simulate Link Latency

Is it possible to simulate link latency between two routers in Eve-NG Community edition? I've tried installing netem via apt-get update and apt-get install eve-ng-addons-netem but the package can't be found. I've also tried using the Ubuntu 18.04.06 prebuilt image and that didn't work either.

How can I simulate link latency, loss, etc. in eve-ng community edition?
